We stayed one night while traveling through Tennessee. Room was clean & had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. Front desk was nice upon arrival. We loved that the parking area was well it and our we were able to see our vehicle from our room. We would definitely stop again if we travel through Knoxville on more trips.
Overall pretty good, but the heat didn't work really well.... Staff was great... I think they are slowly remodeling so I'm sure the heat will get better..... Really have no complaints other then that
Lots of bad reviews on this place but my experience was great (probs different experiences depending on rooms and time of day). First off, super cozy. The furniture choices and color palette are lovely. AC works great - a tad noisy but no louder than a white noise machine. Really nice, large desk, at least in the single-bed room. Ironing board, hangers, and hair dryer - stuff you don't always find in cheap motels. As for the location it's great! You're minutes from a Walmart, a few chain restaurants and the motel is located directly next to a Waffle House and Circle K. Forgot to catch the guy's name at the front desk but he was really nice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome stay! Rooms were super clean, staff was on point, and everything ran smooth from check-in to checkout. The place had great vibes, felt comfortable, and was totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again.
1. Save $20 per night from America's Best and others and stay here where you'll have a much larger TV, microwave, in-room coffee, full-length mirror, and tissue dispenser! 2. But if you live within 100 miles like me, they'll require a $200 cash deposit! Their ATM is always broken so you'd have to go across street to gas station for cash withdrawal. 3. Avoid the room numbers starting with 100. They face interstate and the traffic noise is bad! 4. Beds are big and comfortable but floors, counters & bathrooms are NOT CLEAN ENOUGH!
We spent an overnight stay at this establishment. The pricing was exceptionally reasonable. We made reservations through the Windham website. To our surprise, the bedding was of exceptional quality and comfort. It was comparable to the bedding found in some Marriott hotels. Overall, we had a great stay, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The location is secure and provides quick access to the highway. We highly recommend this establishment.
I’ve stayed here 2 different times now while visiting family. I’ve seen all the bad reviews. My experience is the rooms are clean, beds are SUPER comfy, all the staff I’ve met are very friendly and I never felt unsafe. Yes, the property is somewhat dated, but I suspect that’s how they can offer the rates they have. I will definitely stay again!!!
The rooms were clean and had all the right amenities. The front desk clerk was very attentive and helpful. The location is right off the highway both convenient but may be a little noisy for light sleepers so bring ear plugs.
